California permits HS NIL under CIF Bylaws 212 (Amateur Status) and 510 (Undue Influence). Athletes cannot use school or team affiliations, uniforms, logos, or any school identifiers; deals must be reported to the school/athletic program. Some schools may also require pre-approval or contract submission, and individual schools may restrict additional categories (e.g. cannabis, gambling, adult content) beyond the CIF baseline. NIL income is not capped.

NIL is legal for college athletes in all 50 states (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA). HS NIL is permitted in roughly 40 states with specific rules — we check automatically during signup. International athletes: confirm with compliance first.
It won't. You review every business on your target list before any email sends. You can remove individuals or entire categories (no restaurants), and add names to your skip list so they're never pitched again.
We keep working until you do. Most deals close in the 30–60 day window, and product/service deals (free meals, gym memberships) close at higher rates than cash. If you want out, you can cancel future renewals anytime.
Sign up is free — you only pay when you're ready to send pitches. From there it's a subscription (Starter from $99/year or $19/month, with Pro and Champion tiers above).
